Q: What is your policy for "Cash For My Car"?

A: We do not have a towing service.  Drive or arrange delivery of your vehicle to our location.  The titleholder(s) must be present at the time of delivery with their photo ID to sign the title over to Bob's Auto & Salvage.  If one or both of the titleholders is deceased, a completed MV-39 form along with an original death certificate must be presented.  You will need to obtain and have this form completed at a full service notary office.  NO EXCEPTIONS WILL BE MADE to our policies regarding buying your vehicles and trailers.                    

Q: What makes prepared steel different from unprepared steel? 

A: We buy prepared steel in 3 foot sections. Anything longer than 3 foot is considered unprepared.

 Q:  Is Bob's Auto & Salvage closed on holidays?
A:  Our automated phone system is always on and updated with any new or changing information  and you can call anytime.  Also, our website will reflect any changing or updated  hours and pricing too. 

Q: Do you accept aluminum cans?

A: Yes, we accept crushed and un-crushed aluminum cans.

Q: Do you have a PA state certified scale?

A: Yes, we have a certified weighbridge scale for all our valued customers to use.

Any damage that occurs to your vehicle while being unloaded or any flat tires.
